At our foundation, we believe that the key to societal development is supporting the continuous education of individuals and talents. They are the driving forces and fundamental pillars of the public, private, and civil sectors.

Our “Education without Borders with the CEF Foundation” program aims to provide participants with practical skills and knowledge necessary for their personal and professional development. The program covers a wide range of topics, including effective communication and negotiation, critical thinking development, conflict resolution, presentation skills, teamwork, and digital skills. “Soft skills” are often undervalued and not given enough attention, although they form the “basic equipment” that individuals can benefit from not only in their work but also in their private lives.

In the coming years, we plan to expand the project with new educational modules based on feedback from participants and the current needs of society.
