OUR STORY

The Central European Foundation (CEF) was established in 1994 as an independent, non-profit civil organization, focusing on supporting and developing the Central European region. From the beginning, we have placed great emphasis on civil society, environmental protection, the preservation of intellectual and cultural values, and regional development. Over time, the needs of society and our beneficiaries have naturally changed, motivating us to continuously seek new opportunities to align our activities and foundation programs with evolving needs. In recent years, the areas we support have expanded to include education and talent development.
