In response to our call for participation in the educational program “Waste Matters to Us (Let’s Close the Loop),” 32 schools applied. Based on surveys, we selected 7 schools in cooperation with the INCIEN (Institute of Circular Economy).
We began the program in the 2024/2025 school year with introductory presentations in schools. During these sessions, we taught participating students not only how to sort waste but also how to share the knowledge they gained with their classmates and peers (peer-to-peer education concept). As a result of our efforts, students delivered excellent “peer-to-peer presentations.”
